Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work
flow and meetings.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate
staff member.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming
correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing
routine inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties to include,
but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- File and retrieve organizational documents,
records and reports.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff,
office space, telephones.
- Create and modify documents such as reports,
memos, and letters.
- May conduct research, compile data and prepare
papers for consideration and Presentation to Supervisor.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Compile,
transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Skill Set
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint)
- Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have five
years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiating and
presentation skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Team oriented and willingness to adapt rapidly to internal and
external changes.
- Excellent presentation skills and outstanding business writing
skills.
